All of Predatorians employees must pass all training that is required by the state. Training is a requirement  for continued employment at P.S.A.  All instructors are industry-certified, state-certified or law enforcement officials P.S.A continually updates new methods of training and technology for all of its employees.                                            -Cleet certified armed or unarmed Security Gaurds

                                           -Off duty police officers

                                           -Retired police officers 

         Predatorian maintains a close supervision on all  employees at every level. In an effort to maintain constant and exceptional quality, supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day and are accessible to clients as well as officers. Regular and unscheduled site inspections are made by supervisors, and or upper management.
